Orders

The orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouses and usually arrives to you within 5-7 days.

All items will be labeled with the condition as follows

 

New

New items have never been opened. They come in the original box without any scratches, dents or imperfections to the box.

Used

Used items have been opened and used but everything is fully functional. There may be some imperfections to the items but we do describe it entirely and show any imperfections on the photos. Because there may be things missing we offer huge discounts on this category.

Open Box

Open Box items have been opened but everything inside the box is as if it was new. There won't be anything missing and no imperfections to the item or box.

Damaged Box

Damaged Box are completely new items but the box the item comes in may be bent, scratched, or look imperfect in some way. This category is great if you want to save top dollars and mostly care about the product inside the box.

Returns

​

Returns are accepted with 7 days of purchase. You must log in to your account, submit a claim, wait for a response from one of our representatives and send the item back. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and issue you a refund. The shipping amount will be deducted from the return total.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out. We reserve the right to deny any returns based on the condition.
